In an attempt to beautify the schools and to spread awareness of great military leaders, 10th grade history students painted images of some of the greatest generals all time onto the windows outside the MIT classroom. Each image was painted onto the windows by students for extra credit. The generals include; General George Washington, Shaka Zulu, Admiral Togo, Saladin and Geronimo. Central Jersey College Prep would like to thank the following students for their attempts at school beautification and interest in history: William Brandon, Keonna Williams, Elizabeth Charles, Britney Brown, Elisha Lewis, Jonathan Donaldson, Kamall Moore,Jawan Johnson,Ray Deloatch and Jimmie Cook.

CJCP is now accepting applications for the next school year that will start in September 2008 for grades 7 through 11. A lottery system is used in the admission process. The lotteries will be held during the last week of each month. The first lottery will be on March 27^th, 2008. Applicants should pre-register and if their names are picked, they will be contacted and will be asked to complete the registration. CJCP is accepting applications in all grades; however available seats vary in each grade. A lottery system list will be used if the number of applicants is more than the number of available seats.
