CJCP Biology Lab

History and Art : So
Perfect Together
The Art and History Departments have
joined forces in an effort to promote their respective studies and to
beautify the school. After months of hard work and a few headaches along the
way, the departments have finished their painting project which can now be
seen on the windows near the main office.
Sorry, but you must come in to see them for they are not visible from the
outside. Each picture will depict a specific historical event and has been
designed by the students, drawn by the students and very soon will be painted
by the students. The projects, as a whole, are absolutely breath taking. It's
amazing what has been accomplished and they will be on display for the
indefinite future. Squeezing this major project in around their already busy
schedules and shortening their time in lunch to get this done, each student
has been working very hard on this the last month or so. It was a lot of hard
work but, what has been accomplished is nothing short of a masterpiece.

s Wright Stuff project received recognition. The Science Olympiad initially involves 2 million
students annually in grades K-12, with 5,500 teams in grades six through
twelve actively competing in regional, state and the national tournament.
The mission of the program is to enhance the quality of
science education, to create a passion for science among school children and
to reward both students and teachers for academic achievement. The Science
Olympiad brings out the talents, resourcefulness and skills of the top young
scientific minds in the state as teams work on different science projects for
competition in various categories.

New Media Center
CJCP is pleased to announce the opening
of the media center! Fully equipped with state of the art computers, the
media center will serve as an additional resource for our students and
faculty. Since our media center will also have a small library, we encourage
our parents to donate books. Book donations may be left at the main office.
We hope that the media center will enrich the educational experience at CJCP.
Thank you for your continued support!
